The team places particular emphasis upon advising clients at an early stage on the technical and procedural issues, which are of prime importance in this field of law (for example, the correct form and content of any statutory or contractual notice). Members of the team are accustomed to providing urgent advice and representation (for example in relation to seeking or opposing injunction orders), and have extensive experience representing clients in the County Court, the High Court and the First-tier and Upper Tribunal.
