Prosecution and defence work at both Magistrates and Crown court level. Grade 2 prosecutor with particular experience in cases of domestic violence and appearing in the youth court. Specific interest in representing young defendants and experience in defending stand-alone orders such as closure orders and sexual offences prevention orders. Instructed across a broad spectrum of offences including regulatory crime and inquests as well as involvement in private prosecutions.

Traffic Commissioner v James and others: hearing for review of passenger carrying vehicle licences of a number of drivers in breach of driver’s hours regulations.
