Barrister in self-employed independent practice specialising in landlord and tenant and in personal injury law, with a general common law background and continuing practice. Representing a number of local authorities, Companies and private individuals, mostly in County and High Court actions and occasionally in Court of Appeal.

Landlord and tenant practice includes neighbour nuisance and related anti-social behaviour matters, housing disrepair, homelessness, general social and private sector housing law, commercial disputes including rent revi ews, terminations etc.

Personal-injury work: claimant and defendant, accidents at work, slipping/tripping, RTAs from low to high value, including the pursuit of claims for subtle brain injury and more serious head injuries and the defence of f raudulent or exaggerated claims. 

Common law practice includes professional negligence actions, particularly relating to surveyors, boundary, easement and general neighbour disputes, unlawful interference with goods, building and general contractual dis putes etc.

Mediation offered in all areas of practice.

Working predominantly in the West Country and Wales but travelling all over England and Wales.
