Housing Law and Local Government Law
Toby acts predominantly on behalf of social landlords and local authorities, but is equally happy to accept instructions on behalf of tenants. He has extensive experience of all aspects of housing law, and is also regularly instructed to advise in relation to, and appear in, applications for Anti Social Behaviour Orders.
Commercial and Chancery Law
Toby’s practice covers a wide area and encompasses partnership and company law disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and cases concerning easements and rights of way. He enjoys using his mathematical training to analyse the financial implications of legal problems and he cuts straight to the heart of the issue.
Personal Injury Law
Toby has a particular interest in Fatal Accident claims and claims arising from motorcycle accidents.
