Personal Injury – areas of work includes a wide variety of slipping and tripping cases under Highways Act, Occupiers Liability Act and Workplace Regulations, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability including industrial diseases particularly Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome and Repetitive Strain Injury cases, Package Holiday cases.

Employment law – representing both Claimant and Defendants in Employment Tribunals and the Civil Courts. Areas of Work include all those categories of discrimination that now come under the Equality Act 2010. Unfair and wrongful dismissal. TUPE cases. Cases involved protected disclosure and cases involving restrictive covenants.
