Judy Dawson is experienced in all areas of personal injury work, with a particular expertise in insurance indemnity issues and claims against uninsured and untraced drivers. She also has particular expertise in employers liability claims, claims involving an element of suspected fraud and those involving complex financial calculations. She undertakes cases on behalf of both Claimant and Defendant, handling claims up to the highest value.
Judy utilises her strong forensic skills, both to assist her client in the presentation of the case to its best advantage within the pleadings, and to allow early recognition of the precise value of the case to ensure negotiations are carried out from apposition of knowledge and strength.
