Christopher Ferguson specialises in Family Law. He has extensive experience in Private and Public Law (representing parents, extended family, Local Authorities and children via Guardians including the Official Solicitor and The National Youth Advocacy Service).
He also has substantial experience of Ancillary Relief extending across a broad range of clients, from the socially disadvantaged through to property speculators. Christopher has developed a reputation for his good “bedside manner”, which has been repeatedly noted by solicitors with vulnerable or sensitive clients.
He has, however, also maintained a reputation as a tenacious opponent.

Has led CPD accredited seminar programmes covering a variety of matrimonial topics in England and Wales, as well as a seminar focussed on domestic violence in Mauritius.
