2002: Contributed a paper in response to Law Commission Consultation Paper 162, “Renting Homes”, on the question whether criminal sanctions should apply to landlords who failed to provide written tenancy agreements under the scheme of proposed reforms.
2000: Article on workings of CPR Part 20 published in New Law Journal.
