Our well-established employment team provides high quality representation and advice across all levels of call. We are regularly instructed to appear in Courts and Tribunals throughout England and Wales, up to and including the EAT and Court of Appeal.

Members act for both employees and employers, and on behalf of Trades Unions, international, national, and local companies, government departments and local authorities.

Members of the team are happy to give preliminary advice over the telephone in appropriate cases.

We can arrange conferences with solicitors and clients at short notice if necessary, either at our conference facilities in chambers, at solicitor’s offices, or a suitable alternative venue if requested. 

Paperwork

We are able to provide written advice, and drafting services (both contentious and non-contentious). Completed paperwork can be returned and instructions received electronically if convenient, and will normally be returned within one week of instructions being received.
