Professional Details
Before coming to the bar, Lucy spent a year working in investment banking in Central London. She studied the Bar Vocational Course at BPP in Holborn, having been awarded a Prince of Wales Scholarship from Gray’s Inn.
Lucy was further supported by Gray’s Inn under the Stage scholarship programme in undertaking an internship with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in 2009, assisting senior counsel in the Lukic Appeal.
Lucy was awarded a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellowship Grant in 2010 and travelled Australia and North America researching minimal acrimony litigation tools and dispute resolution programmes in private family law child cases.
Lucy is now in her second six months of pupillage.
She has proved very popular with lay and professional clients alike and is rapidly developing a busy practice in the following areas:

A broad variety of civil (particularly personal injury), family and employment work.
