Toby Halliwell, Fergus Currie, Edward Counsell and Iain Wightwick are qualified to advise and act for members of the public directly under the Bar Council Public Access scheme.

Members of Chambers are pleased to welcome Lucy Clayton, after her successful completion of pupillage, and Amanda Rhodes as new tenants.
Coroners Inquests and Public Enquiries
Chambers provides specialist advice and representation in a wide range of public inquiry and inquest work.
We also provide representation in Coroner's Courts inquiring into civilian deaths, and can act on behalf of families, medical practitioners, professionals and individuals, hospitals and nursing homes, corporate bodies and companies, local authorities, prisons, police forces, and others who qualify as "interested parties".
In addition we can advise on related applications in the High Court.
Health and Safety
Members of Chambers receive regular instructions in respect of Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental Health prosecutions, both the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Courts.
They can advise prior to interview with the HSE and can accompany the client at interview.
These areas are often inextricably linked with Personal Injury and Criminal Law related issues, and members are able draw fully on experience in both fields.
